5. Data Processing Period
In processing your Personal Data, Kalgen Innolab has rules regarding the duration of processing your data, as follows:
1.Kalgen Innolab will continue to process your data as long as you remain our customer and continue using Kalgen Innolab's services, and/or offerings, in accordance with applicable laws;
2.Kalgen Innolab may retain your Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy; and
3.Kalgen Innolab may store your Personal Data outside Indonesia, while complying with applicable laws in Indonesia.
6. Data Retention Period

1.Kalgen Innolab retain your Personal Data for a period of five (5) years. After this period, the data enters a retention phase and will be deleted if no longer required for the purposes stated;

3.If you close your account or request Kalgen Innolab to close your account, Kalgen Innolab will immediately delete your Personal Data, unless otherwise required by law.
