IDH 1&2 Mutation
Function
IDH1 and IDH2 are involved in carcinogenesis. IDH mutations can occur in a variety of cancers. This test uses the direct-PCR sequencing method to evaluate the pathogenic mutations: IDH p.R132 and IDH2 p.R172.
