GENERAL
REQUIREMENTS

  • IHC General Provisions :
    • All IHC examinations require the sample to be in the form of an FFPE block, including an HE slide to confirm the PA content number
    • This HE slide is used as confirmation of preparation and will be returned to the Hospital / Owner together with the examination report.
  • InnoCT General Provisions :
    • The fee includes container packaging and 10% (ten percent) formalin neutral buffer solution provided by the Laboratory
    • Containers and neutral formalin buffer solutions submitted to hospitals/clinics guarantee that these packages are only used for sending samples to the laboratory
    • The fee includes assessment by anatomical pathologist team
    • The fee includes the courier service to pick up the specimen sample and the inspection report
    • Paraffin blocks become the property of the Laboratory. If the patient or hospital/clinic wants to borrow a paraffin block and/or slide, the loan must be accompanied by a letter to borrow the block and/or slide containing the intention of use signed by the doctor, and providing guarantee in the form of an original Identity Card until the block and/or slide is returned to the Laboratory
    • The laboratory can provide the rest of the tissue if there is a request from the hospital/clinic, after the anatomical pathology examination is complete, and with the approval of the anatomical pathologist at the laboratory
    • If there is no request for the remaining network from the Hospital/Clinic, then the remaining network will fully belong to the Laboratory and will be destroyed within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt
    • If the materials come from 2 (two) or more different locations, the cost will be calculated based on each location
    • Multiple organ size S (more than 1 organ), counting the number of organs examined
    • Multi-organ size M (more than 1 organ), maximum 3 M size organ counted**
    • Multi-organ size L (more than 1 organ), maximum 2 L size organ counted**
  • Vries Coupe (VC) General Provisions :
    • VC services available to the Jabodetabek area
    • Inform the patient's clinical status, surgeon information, schedule and location of the VC procedure. Confirmation with a maximum of 2x 24 hours in advance
    • Implementation of VC outside working hours referred to is as follows:
      • Working Days, namely Monday-Friday from 07.30 to 16.30 WIB is in “working hours”, other time is called "out of working hours"; The service limit outside working hours is when tissue biopsy is done and VC actions are carried out at a maximum of 20.00 WIB; National holiday or red calendar
    • Only a maximum of 60 minutes delay of tissue biopsy done, compared with the pre-agreed VC action time. Over 60 minutes of delay, the VC service fee will be charged as outside working hours
    • Cancellations on services that have been confirmed and scheduled will still be charged, according to the terms and conditions that apply
  • General Requirements FNAB PA Actions :
    • FNAB service applies to the Jabodetabek area. Scheduled actions, at the time and location intended, with confirmation 2x 24 hours in advance
    • The patient has filled out informed consent for the procedure and was handed out to the PA Specialist
    • Accompanied by a Lab Analyst from the local Hospital/Clinic/Local Health Facilities
    • Fees do not include the cost of PA diagnostic readings
    • Cancellations on services that have been confirmed and scheduled will still be charged, according to the terms and conditions that apply
