Anti-Chlamydia IgM


Function
Chlamydia trachomatis is the most common sexually transmitted bacterial infection. Infection can cause tubal pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, and other organs can also be affected. Up to 70% of women and 30% of men may have no symptoms. Anti-Chlamydia IgM detects IgM antibodies against Chlamydia bacteria which indicates an ongoing infection.
