Function
This test evaluates the presence of immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies associated with allergies to certain foods. IgE antibodies are usually found in small amounts in the blood, but higher amounts can be a sign of an allergy. The IgE antibody test will trigger allergy symptoms to certain foods.
