This technique can produce a fine and detailed image of an organ or cell, in order to provide comprehensive information about the biological system of the organ or cell as a whole. Sputum or phlegm is a type of thick mucus made in the lungs and contains cells from the immune system that help fight bacteria, fungi, or foreign substances.
