Function

The tissue clearing technique aims to make tissue transparent by minimizing light scattering and light absorption, thereby enabling deep imaging of large volume samples. This technique can produce a fine and detailed image of an organ or cell, in order to provide comprehensive information about the biological system of the organ or cell as a whole. Bronchial brushes are used to find cancer cells and cell changes that can cause cancer. Cells for this procedure are taken from the inside of the airways that lead to the lungs. This procedure is also used for the diagnosis of other lung conditions.
